The Check valve type is offered by Alco on most of the DBB valves. The purpose is to prevent bi-directional flow on valves that require flow in only one direction. The CV-A type is offered on sizes from 10mm bore up to 25mm bore and cover pressures up to ASME class 2500.
The valve can be screwed onto the end of a valve, or housed without the valve body, but this does not affect the performance, meaning that the valve is suited to all applications
Materials include forged stainless steels, Duplex and Super Duplex. Other exotic materials available upon request.
