From our base in the UK, we have complete control over the manufacturing process from start to finish. This enables us to specify and design bespoke products to meet your exact requirements. All products are manufactured in line with our rigorous quality management system and thoroughly tested in our inhouse testing facility.

DEVELOPING HIGH-QUALITY VALVES FROM START TO FINISH
Whilst our wide product range suits the needs of most applications, we can also help you develop the right valve for even the most specific applications. We can design and manufacture valves to meet your needs using a variety of different materials and production processes. From your initial concepts and specifications, we can create a digital product realisation and even manufacture and test the product in-house. You can be sure that it not only meets your needs, but also complies with the relevant regulatory requirements.

MANUFACTURING & TESTING
Our in-house valve manufacturing and testing facilities give us control over the full production process for our valves. This will give you complete confidence in the quality of the finished product. We can create valves to any design specification and with your choice of materials, within a very short lead time.

We have the resources to continually invest in our manufacturing and Research & Development capabilities. That is why we are well-placed to work with you to design and test bespoke valve products from concept design to delivery, precisely meeting the needs of your specification.

In 1982 we received the accreditation to BS5750 demonstrating that quality has always been one of our core values. Since 2007 we have operated under the ISO9001 quality system and many of our product ranges are also approved to stringent industry recognised design.

SERVICING
As the demand on valves and pressure equipment increase within the oil & gas industry, it is more important than ever to manage service performance on an ongoing basis. We offer service kits for all of our valves to enable quick and easy servicing, on-site, by your own staff. Alternatively, valves can be returned to the UK manufacturing facility in Brighouse, where our engineering team will return them to an "as new" condition. As with any new valve we test them thoroughly, in-house, in our dedicated testing facility.
